General Information



We generally ship all orders in two weeks or less.  Please know that most liquor shelves are built to order and our work load varies over time.  If you would like to know our current lead time, please give us a call.  Some items are in stock – please contact us and we will see if we have what you need ready to go.


There are times when you have to have that bar shelf now for your opening or party.  For this reason, we offer expedited fabrication for 25% of the order price.  This will bump your order to our top priority and pay for the overtime of our fabricators extra hours. Depending on the size of the bar shelf order, we can generally ship your order within 48 hours or less.  Please give us a call to place an expedited order.

Q: What is the lead time on most custom built items?

A: Unless otherwise specified on the product page, custom products have a 7day- lead-time. If you would like to expedite the build and shipment, there is a 25% fee and products will typically ship out 3 business days from the order date.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, as they are built to order. Returns must be made in original packaging and must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Cancellations must be made before item ships. All sales final on  custom items, such as those with logos or non-standard dimensions
