Return Policy

Returns within 14 days
You can return standard products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to start a return
Email sales@ledbaseline.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorization and the correct ship-back address.

Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For your protection, use a trackable service and keep the receipt.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Original outbound shipping is not refundable.

Non-returnable items
Custom sizes, custom finishes, used items, clearance items, and products with modified wiring cannot be returned unless there is a workmanship defect.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or finish, we can set up an exchange. Email us and we will walk you through the simple steps.

Damaged or defective
If your order arrives damaged or has a workmanship issue, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

Marketplace orders
If you purchased on Amazon or eBay, please start the return in that marketplace so your order stays covered by their policies.

Lead time
Most orders ship in about one week. Large or custom builds can take a little longer.

Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the continental United States at no extra cost. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are available at carrier rates. If you are outside the United States, contact us for a quote.

Carriers and tracking
Orders ship UPS Ground with full tracking. A signature may be required for higher value shipments.

Packaging
Every shelf is packed with dense foam and corner protection. Please keep all packaging until you confirm the item arrived safely.

Damage in transit
If something arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the product within 48 hours and email sales@ledbaseline.com. We will replace or repair as fast as possible.

PO boxes
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
